NX300h performance expectations

Only city, 6,9l/100km
Outside city (not highway) 6,2l/100km
May I'm driving too slow, but I think not. Other experience with the same driving style with my RX400h highway+city 11l/100km, city 9,1l/100km, normal road 9,4l/100km.

Its different from the RXh
The RX450h feels slow, until you look at the speedo and its going at 100mph
The NXh felt slow but that's because it was slow. An IS250, which most of you say is "a dog" is perfectly fine for me as I drove one but the NX feels slower than that. I feel like there isn't enough torque, it takes a lot of time to build up speed.

In my experience (300h F-Sport, 3000km) 50%city, 50% highway (max. 150km/h) with "normal driving style" 7,9l/100km
Only city, 6,9l/100km

Both of those figures are SUPER but the strength of the Hybrid design is (supposed) to be city driving styles (lot's of stop and go & seldom over 45MPH) but you say you got better economy outside the city but not highway so we are not certain what speed such a model might represent. Any clarification?

City of 72Km-100km is 44MPH so still over the 40MPH where the Hybrid motors stop functioning in our current Hybrid so that may mean that Toyota may have done with this version what we wished they would have done for the older version. Enhance the architecture so that the electrical engine component could contribute at higher speeds than originally designed. That would account for the greater economy as well. Now I feel like I need to go learn more about these new hybrid models.

WOW! Those are VERY good numbers for those speeds. 120 to 150km is 70 to 93MPH
City of 72Km-100km is 44MPH so still over the 40MPH where the Hybrid motors stop functioning in our current Hybrid so that may mean that Toyota may have done with this version what we wished they would have done for the older version. You have to have experience with hybrid driving style.
The last 300 km was driven by my girlfiend in the city.
She drove more dinamic: just city 8,3l/100km.... thats also not bad, just a bit more...

Interesting points of view on this thread, it seems to be all over the place.
I'm seriously considering replacing the lady's Acura ZDX with the NX 300h some time next year.
I want a safe, nice looking SUV for her and it's not really important if it's fast/slow or otherwise.
Then again, I have an modded IS300 and a 400hp (at the wheels) ISF if I'm looking to lay down some rubber.
