Hi, we own a 2008 LS600Hl and love it. I just got the car back from a minor bumper fix from the body shop last week, and my daughter showed me that the armrest controls in the back are dark. Any ideas - think it could be a fuse, relay or the genius at the body shop had to disconnect something and did not connect something back. If it is simple, I'd rather take care of it, than go back to him again.

tons of connections with that rear seat. I bet they missed it or popped a fuse. Take it back,they should have a warranty on the repair

 

You know the panel can be shut off by holding down '2', it can be turn back on doing the same step.

 

I was going to post the same answer. I turn mines on and off every now and then, just to make sure everything's working properly.

 

Holding down '2' - sorry what the heck is '2'?
I also was going to share, I did find one of the fuses in the fuse box just above the battery in the trunk was blown. I replaced it. I also had to pull out and check all of them and replaced them. Anyway, it is back ON now!
But would be good to know what '2' is?
