Cleaning interior cloth coatings

Some of the suede like panels on the interior of my car have some marks on the,.Want to clean them but notice the panels near the front seat belts ate slightly bubled. the material looks quite flimsy and I don't want to damagemit when Imstart cleaning it.

Has anynone cleaned them and if so how.
