I just got a Nexus 4 today - had a Samsung Galaxy S3 prior. The S3 worked fine with the BT audio - however the Nexus 4 will not give me any options in the BT Audio Display. It doesn't show what song/artist is playing nor are there any controls to go to the next song. I have to control everything from the Nexus 4 itself.
Did a lot of searching and cannot find anyone else having this problem. Maybe its a non-supported phone - the phone compatibility chart for Lexus didn't even list the LG Nexus 4....
Thanks,
S

I think I answered my own question .. it's not supported ... meh
I like the nexus so much more than the Galaxy - different hardware - unlocked - no vendor bloat. Its an android device yes, but that's about where the similarities end. JMHO... Even without the Lexus support I will take the Nexus hands down

I agree and thats why I'm going from Galaxy Nexus to the new Nexus 4.
I had S3 unlocked for about 5 months. It's all just a candy looking phone and that's what makes people crazy about it. It's very shiny and slippery.
Iphone 5 is for my wife. too simple :-) LOL
Blackberry Z10 finally has some hope but for $1100 on Ebay. I'll wait.

I think Nexus 4 may only be AVRCP 1.0 which is a joke nowadays. I can't believe at least 1.3 isn't standard in Android yet.

thought about the Nexus 4 till rumors are the Nexus 5 will be announced at Google IO this May and sold in June, just going to wait for that.
