Default Rx400h hum above 35 mph?

At about 90,000 miles the car developed a hum at above about 35 mph. The dealer said it was tire noise. The tires have now been replaced and an alignment performed. Mechanics don't see anything wrong. Do I have a bearing/drivetrain issue? How can the problem be identified? There has been no driveability or performance issues. Any ideas? Thanks

Gotta agree with it being a wheel bearing.
