Can you get real time traffic info on Navigation?

Can you get real time traffic info on Navigation?
I am taking the easy route of asking you guys rather than reading the book. 
I know there are different Apps for smart-phones that do a very good job of getting real time traffic information and divert you to "roads less traveled".
if there is an accident or just heavy traffic up ahead.
I think I saw the similar information regarding real time traffic conditions on the RX Nav setting but I cannot seem to get to it now.
Is it possible to get real time traffic information and a re-route suggestion on the RX navigation?

Real time traffic integrated with the Lexus Nav is via SiriusXM Nav Traffic. Costs you $3.99/month directly to SiriusXM after the 1-year free trial. Check out their website, but basically about 140+ major metropolitan areas are covered -- I suspect the same major freeways/roads that have sensors in them one sees reported on CHP and various news sites. For me here in So Cal, all major freeways are covered including 15 into Vegas, etc.
