Default Going on vacation

I just bought a 2010 RX450h. I will be going on vacation so the vehicle will be sitting in my garage for eight days. Do I have to worry about it starting when I return?

I'd make sure I drive it a few miles before I left. It should be ok but if longer you could just have a friend drive it around the block. Even though you have it shut off, the computers are constantly monitoring stuff and do a very slow drain.

Are you serious? 8 days is nothing and this is a complete waste of a thread, in fact, I think it's more of a thread to direct attention towards your vacation.

Mine often sits for 8 days unused ... you will not have any issues. Do it often and you will kill your standard 12 volt battery. But, one vacation is nothing.

IIRC, the owners manual says it should be driven at least once a month. Eight days should be fine.
