Default LED daytime running lights for 2012 450h
Where can I get the purple daytime running light bulb replacement for my 2012 RX450h.

How hard are they to access to install?

Greg, changing the DRLs is not big deal. The instructions are listed in the DIY section of the manual. I wouldn't recommend changing them to LED because they will only work as DRLs. You'll lose the high beams. I changed mine out to another halogen bulb so they're slightly less yellow as DRLs, super bright as high beams.
