I'm on a bit of a TSB hunt today...lol. Found lots, but I can't save them, so I have to print them and then scan them, which is a bit of a pain in the ***.
Anyway, there's always been some question as to whether the ISC learning procedure was only for 2006 model years, as that's the date on the original TSB that's been floating around for a while.
I found one for the 2008 models, so I think we can assume that the 2007 also needs the ISC reset when the battery is run down or disconnected.

Interesting...... there was another thread on CL which showed that the ISC reset was not needed for the 2008. I own a 2008.
I changed the 12V battery about 2 months ago and not sure if it's a coincidence or not, but gas mileage has dropped about 10%. However, temps also cooled down, gas is the winter type, and I got new tires as well close to around the same time. Wondering though if the lack of ICS reset has contributed to the increased fuel consumption.
Is the ICS reset a DIY and can it be done without the tis techstream tool?
I've posted a bunch of TSBs at www.lexusownersclub.com Look for my posts under user name 'lemon'. There are instructions for the ISC reset without using the Lexus computer.

Thanks for taking the time to share these. Just for future reference, there is an option in Windows to 'print to pdf'.
