Thanks Anita... The only thing that I'm confused about is that when I step on the gas on my 350 the car has a kick to it and wants to go. The 450h seems to not have that... Is that the case or am I imagining things?

There is an ever so slight hesitation on the 450h. I noticed it in the very beginning but now I'm in tune with it. I keep it on eco mode which retards the gas pedal. It might have been on for you. But when I switch eco mode off and that's not very often, the response is pretty immediate. At 295 HPs, the 450h is no slouch.

Since about the 1st of the year I've had the ECO mode off. I compensate with a lighter foot on the throttle and my mileage has even gotten better and the additional power is there when I need it. Plus in the winter the heater warms up faster. I guess it's all how you learn to drive it but I'm not using the ECO at all anymore.
