Has anybody changed the headlights bulbs?

Did you have to remove the front bumper to replace the fog light bulbs?
I changed out the bulbs on our RX400h as follows:
Front
Main beams: Garax D2S 6000K HID bulbs (yes you will need small hands and a lot of patience!)
High beams: MTEC 9005 4750K Cosmic Blue bulbs
Fog lights: MTEC 9006 4750K Cosmic Blue bulbs
Headlight parking bulbs: MTEC 168 white LED wedge bulbs
Headlight signal bulbs: Stealth 7440 amber chrome bulbs
First Row Doors
Courtesy Door Lamps: MTEC 168 white LED wedge bulbs
Rear
Taillight signal bulbs: Stealth 7440 amber chrome bulbs
License Plate bulbs: MTEC 168 white LED wedge bulbs
Bumper corner light bulbs: MTEC 168 white LED wedge bubls
Front

I have an odd problem, the low beam bulbs on my RX 400h have black grit of some sort on the top of the bulb. Has anyone had this happen?
Also, should I replace them? I am looking online for replacements, would love some pointers. I prefer functionality over looks, but I kinda like the light from the bulbs I have now as well.
I am attaching a picture that hopefully will show the black stuff I was talking about.

You may want to consider these Osram Night Breaker plus bulbs if you are looking for a replacement halogen bulb that is rated at the same wattage as your stock bulbs. This bulb will be brighter, have a whiter output, and will last longer than your stock bulb.

Do you have a link to the Osram Night Breaker plus bulbs for 2007 RX350? Looking for something around 5000k range/ pure white
