Default Lights sensor sensitivity adjustment

Does anybody know how to adjust the headlights sensor sensitivity?(instead of going to dealer). I like them to turn on before dusk or more sensitive. Thanks for the help. It's a 2008 400h that I'm dealing with.

Also if it's possible to diy on time length for ext and int lights adjustment? Appreciate it.

Sorry, it can only be accessed using the Lexus Diagnostic Tester.

I'll bet a diy method would be to place a small piece of opaque tape (like black electrical tape) over a portion of the light sensor on the dash. The amount of sensitivity would depend on how much of the sensor is covered. Sounds like a "Bubba" fix, but you can't beat the price.
