Bad experience with Lexus at Richmond BC Canada
Once they know my 2006 RX 400h is imported from USA, They told me that my RX400h is different from the Canada model, Then I asked them what's the differece? The answer is "there are a lot of differece!" Okay they didn't telling me the differece! I know there is only differece which is mile and kilometer!
I ask them about the ISC reset, they tell me I don't need to reset and they don't know what the ISC reset is, so I used my iphone to research on the ISC reset and found this website and told them what the ISC reset is, and somehow the senior machanic came out and started reading the website, then he wanted to charge me 0.3 of hour to reset it, so I told him please check first, do it if I need it!
People at the service counter starts talking to each other, saying "Don't understand why lexus is not giving them the trainning with the US model." they are trying to cover up that this is not their fault.

What. There's no difference in the USA and Canada models (almost anyway - we get the heated windshield wiper parking area and only AWD). Just print out the .pdf and wave it under their damn noses. Or find another dealer - there must be more than one in BC. Failing that, call Lexus Canada with your complaint. God, I hate inept dealerships...
