Does anyone have the Lexus Personalized Settings for 2004 RX330?

I can only find the RX350 Lexus Personalized Settings in PDF.

2004 did not have the LPS. Ther are setting whcih can be changed but not as easy and spelled out as the 05's. If you click on the LPS on the Owner's website, it returns empty, at least that's how I remember it. Maybe I am wrong and it has changed.

 

Here are the customizable settings for a 2006 RX400h. I would 'guess' that they were possibly the same for the 2004 (that was the first year of the second generation, no?) The dealer has to do it.
