My wifes 2008 RX400H wont start at times. For example it would not start last night so she got a ride home then the next morning we went to get it and it started. It has done this several times over a year now where sometimes it will start if left for awhile or if I jump it or if I put a charger on the battery. Any ideas whats up?

Have you had the 12v battery check ? could it be going bad. Take it to Lexus and make them fix it

 

^^^ +1. I had the same problem with my 06 RXh. Replaced the battery and all is good now. Your 08 battery should still be under warranty. I chose to simply upgrade my battery with an Optima yellow top because I'm running alot of electronics.
