Floor Mats
We just returned to south central PA (near Hershey) from a trip up to Niagara Falls for two days and then on to Toronto to visit our new granddaughter for three days. We skirted the big blizzard of last week but still ended up in snow and slush most of the time. (By the way Niagara Falls in a snowstorm is just beautiful!) The 450h performed well and we averaged 27.5 mpg for just short of 1000 miles.
I have the parchment interior and to say the least it is a mess. I am now convinced that I need to get some floor protection for the winter months. I think I have myself convinced that floor liners will work better, for me, than winter floor mats because I have so many marks on the carpet going up from the floor to places like the door sill.
Does anyone have any comments between HuskeyLiners and WeatherTech FloorLiners? I will include a cargo liner with the purchase, I am just curious about any differences between the two manufacturers.
I know that winter will be over before I get the liners but I will be ready for next year. Maybe the purchase will scare the snow away for next year! We have had more than our fair share this year.

I bought my second set of the Lloyds Rubbertites. Cost less than $140 for front, rear (one piece) and cargo area from carid. Their mats are flat, fit perfectly, have the holes for the hooks, and come in a variety of colors. The driver's mat does not go under the gas pedal but I'm sure that will be the trend. They can be used year round. Last week's storm was no problem. And they hold up very well. I had the first set in my '04. Five years and they barely showed any wear.
