Welcome to Clublexus!! Lexus never really gave it a torque rating, just a power rating. The reason being is there is no real honest way to rate the torque since it is so abundant due to the electric motor. I attached some info below
Power: 253 kW , 339 HP SAE
Secondary power: maximum power (kw): 218, maximum power (hp): 292, maximum torque (ft lb): 267 and maximum torque (nm): 362
From R&T

As in other Toyota/Lexus hybrids, there are two electric motors: MG1 and MG2. MG1 functions as the generator and starter. MG2, rated at 197 bhp and 203 lb.-ft. of torque, is the motor that provides propulsion, silently launching the GS 450h under normal acceleration and adding supplementary power akin to a silent supercharger at higher speeds.

An electric motor provides 197 hp (147 kW) @ 5,615-13,000 rpm, and a torque rating of 203 lb-ft (275 kW) @ 0-3,840 rpm, all of which goes to the rear wheels. Note that the generous torque of the electric motor is available as soon as you put your foot on the accelerator, giving the GS 450h its formidable acceleration. Another electric motor powers the electrical systems and recharges the battery.

So this GS450H have 203 lb-ft at 0 Rpm... no wonder when I tested the Audi S4, the audi seems not to be as powerful as the GS450H....
Thks Again.
Cheers,
Ric
