i traded in my sc430 and got a certified 2007 GS450h silver on gray with black wood with 9400 miles and clear bra installed with every imaginable options and ZERO dents and scuffs. looks brand new inside out for $38450 plus tax.
i have two newbie questions: 1. can my car enjoy some F performance upgrades offered by lexus???
2. are the clear bra standard feature on the car?

Welcome! Sounds to me like you got a very good price assuming their offer on the SC was in line. Clear bra is not a standard feature on any Lexus that I know of, it is something they will try to sell you at signing.
In terms of F-Sport parts:
-The wheels-yes
-Intake- 99% sure it will (no real performance gains, just a louder hybrid...not my thing, except at full throttle)
-Exhaust- Don't know
-Anti-Sway bars- 99% sure but you should check if you have APSSS before you do this. These active sways are better than the non-active F-Sport offerings. To see if you have them, look in the trunk where the spare is or should be. If you see spare=no APSSS, a bunch of electric stuff=yes, APSSS.
You should talk to Stormforge, he has a gorgeous and tastefully modded 450h. He and 1SICKLEX would know so much more than I do about mods!

most f-sport parts will fit. as lucasb7 mentioned, if you have apsss, you don't want the f-sport sways. exhaust should fit, but not sure about the intake. unfortunately jdm parts are never cheap. as they say, you have to pay to play. for jdm wheels, ask carson toyota if they can import them for you (they are approved vendors here on CL).

Joez intake pipe should net 5 hp, not sure if changing anthing on the engine will affect how the gas and electric engine work together though... exhaust would sound horrible on the hybrid.. especially with the cvt transmission.
