mowmow, glad to hear that it was all resolved to your satisfaction. however if you had previous issues with your lexus dealer, i would have went to a different dealer instead. if there was some bad history, i for one would not take my car back to that dealership. certainly there must be other lexus dealerships that you could go have went to?

who is your dealer?
Lexus of Westminster and Newport seem to be one of the better ones.. at least from my experience..
But Newport doesn't seem to like "warranty-only" customers too much..
