About to purchase a LS600H
I am a IS250 owner myself, and i have never really ventured in your waters here
. But my parents were looking to buy a new car, and they suddenly fell in love with the LS600 H. SO basically, I came running in here, knowing that CL is a great place for info.I guess what im trying to get at is, they are really in a hurry and are about to make the purchase, and I dont have time to read all the reviews and all the posts here (although i've read some). I was hoping you guys could tell me how you like your car...any problems? Any TSIBs I should know about to tell the dealer? Any navigation problems? Anything...id love to hear it from you guys.
Also, the car has 1500 KM on it, and the sticker price on it was 105,000 Canadian, + Tax. Obviously I will haggle them to death, but is that a rip off or no? Oh and i should say, it does NOT have the executive package on the car. Is the package really necessary?
The car itself seems to be in good condition, i have yet to go see it myself, i'm supposed to see it on tuesday, so I want all the info I can get so I can go to the dealer with knowledge.
Thanks guys...i'll continue reading.
The technology and engineering precision in just the CVT transmission will astound you. The rest of the car is equally as advanced.
He is in awe of the technology, and says there is no better or superior car in the world, aligning it with Rolls and Bentley.
I back his opinion up with my less technical month-long ownership experience, but together we echo almost everyone who has reviewed it: there is very little wrong with it, and it is not only best in its class-but also as close to perfect as you want. I am finding more about it each time I drive or read the manual, and it's quite an amazing vehicle.

Although the discussion is titled "LS460 Wind Noise Fix," this defect occurs in the LS600s too. Evidence of that can be found at:

Trunk is small. Car is amazingly quiet, and technology is a pleasure. Easily the best Lexus I've owned.
Local dealer has only been able to obtain 1 car since their appearance and I've never seen one on the road in Florida, so you do have the exclusivity thing, but no one notices since it looks like an LS460 (a good thing for me. I don't like attracting attention.)
