Question Where is the 110 volt outlet?

Just got my RX 400h and love it. Can't seem to locate the 110 volt outlet. Owner's manul says in rear area.
Can someone help pin that down a little?
Thanks.

I cannot locate the 110 Volt outlet either but on the other hand I have not ever had use for it so I never bothered to pursue it. I have a 2006 RX400h Good Luck with yours if you ever find anything out please be sure to post the info.

I don't know this for sure, but it's possible you only have a 110 volt outlet if you have the Rear Entertainment System. I don't have that in my RX, but do in a Sienna MiniVan. The outlet is part of a pod that includes RCA input jacks.

If you don't have the RES, you may be out of luck. Or, you could try powering an inverter with one of the 12 volt outlets.

I think Bob is correct. From a review a few years ago, i found this quote...
"An available rear DVD entertainment system stands out for offering a 110V plug to power video components or game consoles."

and this...
Options and Optional Packages
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

DVD REAR ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM -inc: 110-volt accessory pwr outlet, (2) wireless headphones

That makes sense and explains why I can't find it.

Is there any way of getting this plug in installed after purchase?

Anything is possible if you spend enough money but a voltage inverter would probably serve your needs and cost less

Unless you buy the quarter panel trim, the wiring harness, and the receptacle itself, it's not worth it.
