Rx 400h price drop

I just checked the Lexus web site and it appears that the price of an AWD RX 400h has dropped by about $4,000.
Is this to be believed?

I don't know how many americans realize that in Canada the Lexus are generally $20G more expensive on any given model, I took delivery of my RXh at $75000 CAD, which is trading at 1.05 USD
