FWIW, you can get it done for $79 at a Toyota dealership. My local Toyota dealership does all of my scheduled service for a fraction of the cost, and it is not two hours away (not Lexus' fault). Plus, it counts for being "acceptable" for warranty purposes. No, you cannot have Toyota do your warranty work before you ask
