Can someone ballpark me on these options?

I am looking at an 07 RX400h.

However, I want to add

1. Tow Hitch
2. XM Radio
3. ClearBra

Anyone having any recent numbers on what I can expect to pay from the dealer?

 

I can't help you with the the price on tow hitch, but make sure your vehicle comes with the towing prep package which adds a bigger radiator, heavy duty alternator and a transmission cooling system. The tow prep package is only a a few hundred extra and it came standard on all the 400h's I was looking at.

I was told that dealer would install XM for about $700, but that you could get this done cheaper at an auto audio store (maybe $500). The 400h comes prewired for XM so that channels will show up on the NAV screen.

The dealer will install the ClearBra for about $2,300.

I'm sure you can have all of these installed cheaper if you don't go thru the dealer.

 

$2300 for clearbra is akin to being bent over the hood of your RX Call around - the 3M website lists every local dealer in your area. I bet you can get it on for less than half that price.

 

clearbra should be in the $500 range
