Mud Guard Advice and Install
I have a black onyx RX400h and just bought a set of mud guards online. No...they don't look like pick-up truck flaps, they are actually pretty decent looking...I hope. My question is: Has anyone purchased aftermarket guards and if so, were they brutal to install?
I just installed the factory ones $99 plus shipping on Ebay and they were sent from a Lexus dealership. Took me about 1/2 an hour and they look great. The part number is 08414-48820.

Now I feel dumb getting them from the dealership. Of course, Edmonton Lexus charged me for them, but didn't install them till I pointed it out. I actually had to bring the RX in to the dealership to prove they didn't install them - the sales guy wouldn't believe he hadn't caught this on the pre-delivery. Another reason to shop in Calgary.
