The below is going to be a lot to digest, but the focus is really the hybrid battery issues I am facing and would like to request some help or advice. thanks in advance.
Hybrid Battery
DTC P3023 and P3025
I recently resolved some underlying issues on the hybrid battery, such as replacing the busbar on the central battery pack, as it was damaged due to a small electrical fire from water entering the battery case (this was reported by the previous owner). Nonetheless, the previous DTCs were related to the fans and I have resolved them, but now I have a new problem, which is affecting the performance of the vehicle when the AWD System Malfunction 2WD Mode engaged surfaces. What is also coincidental, is that DTC P3023 and DTC3025 is triggered around the same time with the check engine light coming on. I don't know if the two are related - I believe they are because they both pop up at the same time. Also, when the vehicle is turned off, I can hear the rough shutdown of the front motor/engine - a bit alarming to me.
Can someone advise whether replacing battery block 13 will help resolve this issue? I may just consider doing Block 12-14, to have consistency and avoid near future issues.
Block 1 21.36v
Block 2 21.37v
Block 3 21.36v
Block 4 21.36v
Block 5 21.36v
Block 6 21.35v
Block 7 21.35v
Block 8 21.32v
Block 9 21.33v
Block 10 21.34v
Block 11 21.34v
Block 12 21.24v
Block 13 21.17v (DTC P3023 Battery block gets weak
Block 14 21.27v
Block 15 21.36v (DTC P3025 Battery block gets weak)
ABS/VSC/TRC
DTC C1203 and C1345
I notice the brake fluid bottle was full - beyond the point of max, I have since reduce it to recommended amount, however, I don't know if the right procedure was taken when the brake pads were changed. If I were to use a scanner to do the air bleeding, would this resolve the DTC codes thrown above for ABS/VSC/TRC?
TPMS
DTC C2126
The front left wheel tyre/tire was replaced by the previous owner and the shop replaced the tpms valve with regular ones "SMH" - Do I need to get another tpms valve and then register it to solve this? None of the other TPMS sensors are providing values.
