RX450h vs RX350 Oil & Filter Changes

RX450h vs RX350 Oil & Filter Changes
We have a local mechanic who did our oil & filter changes on our 2008 RX350. Is there any reasons or concerns having him do the oil changes on our 2015 RX450h? Is it critical to use 0-20 W oil, or is 5-20 W ok? This will be our first oil change since our new to us purchase on the RX450h.

Please read and try to follow what the warranty and service booklet. [thin booklet]. Manufacturer has to publish specifications and they have published them and the mechanic should follow them too.
Will 5-20 damage the engine, very likely not.
Other than the weight, please make sure it is quality product from a well known brand.
