Hey @AristoGS007. There's a 2013 Luxury with 122K that was just listed, Black on Nebula Grey, LKA, PCS, HUD, Rear Heated Seats. It's FULLY loaded. Great service history and it's a Cali car, no rust!
Don't be scared to go after a higher mileage GS. My 450h I recently bought is a 1 owner with a 140K and it's in excellent condition. This one that was just listed is a gem. Pictures haven't even been uploaded yet. If you like it, move fast!
Yes, I've inquired of it and waiting for the sales rep to send over pictures and hopefully strike a deal. History records > mileage so I am on it.
Also, this popped up (autogalaxyhawaii) in Hawaii with CRAZY LOW mileage, PRICE and is loaded as well but wondering what the shipping cost to MD would be. Going to give them a call and find out.

Great to hear! The one in Hawaii is nice as well. When I was looking this dealer had a similar one posted as well with low mileage too. I didn't want to deal with shipping from Hawaii (apparently they only ship to California, then you have to ship again?) so I just focused on finding one in the states. Mine came from a Lexus dealer in Florida.
If you strike a deal on the Cali car, I recommend Tempus Logix for shipping, they had the lowest prices when I was searching and the customer service was great.

The 2013 GS 450h in Calif for only $17k, even though it has more mileage, is just a fraction of how much newer cars that people are shopping for when it coms to a nice Lexus hybrid.

The 2013 GS450h Lux in Hawaii with only 48k miles for $22,900 is absolutely loaded including HUD - which is an excellent deal for a super rare car - especially if you lived in Honolulu. It's an excellent color combo too! However, it will probably cost about $9k to10k more than the $17k Cali 2013 GS 450h, considering it may cost $3k to get the Hawaii car to the east coast.
Unfortunately, the $17k Cali car has a lot more miles versus only 48k miles for the Hawaiian car. I haven't seen pictures of the Cali GS 450h. The Hawaii GS 450h car looks to be in mint condition!

I had 2007 GS450h, loved it. Bought 2015 GS450h(FSport) with 93k miles. Getting about 30mpg. Love this car. Don’t know what to replace it with. Anything comparable?

@Rickgas I think the Panamera E Hybrid is the only next step for me from my 450h
And it's loaded! 
This car won't last long if people that know about the GS 450h learn it's for sale...
