Climate Control Fan Speed Jumps Forward

2023 RX 500h
When I want to turn the fan DOWN, I press the minus on the screen and the fan speed jumps UP. Anyone else have this issue?

Changing it from auto to manual and the manual setting is higher than the fan was already spinning on auto? I just leave it an auto, climate concierge on, s-flow off and it just works for me.
