I leave for town fairly regularly for work. Sometimes I forget v to connect my 12v to my tender (genius 3500). I'll usually just recharge it for a bit and the car starts fine. It's the original battery from 2007. Well, this time I had it connected. I came back a few weeks later. The Car started normally and drove completely fine. I stopped 10 minutes later to air up my tires. When I turned the car back on, the P/S, C/E, ABS, Airbags, and sport mode lights were flashing. The nav screen was stuck in Diagnostic mode, and the dash read VSC DIAG OK. I stopped it and turned it back on. Nothing changed.
I drove it around for few minutes. It driove completely normal. No limp mode. Hybridb system functioned fine. I went back home. I disconnected the 12v trying to let the system reset. When I turned it back on again, the nav was back to normal. The lights disappeared after a few minutes, but would randomly come back on for a few seconds at a time. Sometimes all of them. Sometimes only a few.
I'm assuming this is a 12v voltage thing, right? Anything else it could be?
My local dealer is being a real condescending *** about it.
Any ideas?
