Default RX400h radiator leak

I have a coolant, drip from what appears to be a lower radiator support (on the passenger side). Is there a seal or O-ring in this area or, is this a common place for a leak to occur requiring radiator replacement?

I have replaced radiator twice. If you buy from Rockauto.com they are about $100 for a Denso brand one. I will tell you I have 277k miles on my 2008 RX400h but I dont know if the stress of start stop of the hybrid put flex on the radiator but they do seem to fail.

Default Coolant leakage rx400h

Since last year I discovered on my holiday adress that my coolant level was too low (normal, not the inverter one). I went to the Lexus dealer and they filled the coolant back to the normal level (100 -150ml) and I only had to pay the 1liter coolant.
This is now a year ago and during the year I keptbon filling. Also bought an additional botlle, so I think I filled in total almost 2 liters coolant dutring the year.

I want to solve this, but I am a bit scared to bring it to the local maintenance shop. I see no visual leakage at all around the radiator, but in this forum I almost always see that this is the case. The radiator is never replaced and the car is from 2005 with 175.000 km.

The waterpump was replaced somewhere in 2017.

Is there a way I can check what is the cause of the leakage?

did you have an oil change in the last year? did the mechanic say anything about oil looking suspicious?
I'd send in an oil sample to Blackstone to make sure no coolant is found in your oil in their analysis.
but i'm not an expert.. good luck.

Oil was OK without sludge. Also no white smoke when I am at the traffic lights waiting.

I noticed that there is no tube on the coolant cap outlet. Is this normal?

**** I see now that I probably highjacked the main thread, So I created a new thread. Don't know how to delete these posts *****

Below also a picture on the cap of the coolant. There is a outlet and I am wondering if it is missing the hose?

The coolent cap on my doesnt have a hose either. I possibly found another area of leakage just left of the oil filter on the block. There is a inspection plate held on wih two nuts on studs. Mine has antifreeze residue below that plate. On my old RX300 there is also a bypass hose under the intake manifold. I assume this 3.3 engine also has that. The fluid was leaking in the lower intake manifold gasket. which goes to both heads. That one was hard to see, but basically residue that had dried was on the engine block on the driver side of the engine (left side of car). when my radiators leaked it showed residue on the bottom frame under the radiator. As others have said if the oil is contaminated with antifreeze, than a head gasket is leaking. Because the catalytic converter runs so hot you may not see any water smoke in the exhaust.
