RX 500H Jerky Transmission
Got a quick scare when there was a noticeable hard jerk when slowing down between from 25mph to 35mph (foot off the gas) at a slight uphill.
RX Conditions: Did zero towing from ownership from '22 December. From cold start to driving after more than five miles then did some shopping for about 40 minutes and went to our next destination where the jerk happen so the engine and transmission was warmed up. RX total mileage is about 960 miles. Cold Seattle weather at around mid to high 30 degrees F with zero rain. During the jerk, I would say the RX was in second gear?! Driving mode was set at normal. Jerk happen after a right turn and at less than 300 feet, foot off the brake to slowly to be at a stop then the jerk happen mid way before stepping on the brakes.
Of course taking to the dealership would be idea and they would like me to replicate the problem if or not will happen when they get the RX. Scary moment and alot of thoughts going through my mind. Could it be loose engine or transmission mount?! Engine and transmission has less miles to be broken in?! Not sure, I plan to make an appointment at my local Lexus dealership after two weeks and I'll observed it more. Just wanted to share and if anyone noticed it too.

Maybe it was the slow down system that is activated when your going into the turn that overreacted?
If not I can say having Lexus products since 2000's there are at times for some odd reasons their are hard shifts or jolts like that which occur and also I have Audi and they are very much like that rough jerk at times. I hate to say it, but it may be normal glitch that occurred, as you have a lot of computers attached to it and it may have gotten confused for a second on what to do. Either way if it is wide spread issue they can always come up with software fix to upload to resolve it. Keep us posted I have one on order that I am hoping will be in by end of this month. Very excited coming out of 2019 F sport now so looking forward to a lot more power and luxury..

No incident of the first post. Although, at times at flat levels, I am having vibrations at reserve when I have the foot off the brakes and vibration gone when I press on the brakes. I had thought warped rotors which this is not the case as no vibrations above 40mph. I have 5k miles service soon and will go to dealer but of course they have to prove that its happening once car is in their shop. anyone else feel this vibration at reverse with foot off the brakes?!

Any update on this matter?
Hi @Julius071 I also have the same vibration when creeping during reverse or creeping forward when the engine is running (sport mode will help replicating this issue).
