blower fan?

when I turn on the heat, here a grumbling noise and of course when I turn it off it goes silent, blower fan bad? about how much for a repair? I'm closer to toyota than lexus thanks!

Part is selling online for $50. It is as simple to replace as it is to change the cabin filter. Disconnect one electrical connector and 4 10mm nuts.

before buying the part just check to see if there's anything rubbing on it. Easy to access.
