Having fan noise when fan turned on to low and 2nd setting. When I turn it to 3rd setting, it stops. Then when turning it back to 2nd setting, the fan stays quiet. Noise stay on if I dont turn it to the 3rd setting no matter if it's on AC, heat, or just air.

 

May have something in the squirrel cage area. Or the fan motor is worn and going to go out.
