Original Tires
It was probably Michelin or Bridgestone, possibly Toyo. Back in 2010-2012 Lexus did not use Nexen.
I bought my HS used with 22,000 miles and it had Goodyear tires which drove great but several got pothole damage. I now have Laufin which is part of Hankook. They have been good tires so far. and I only got them because they were cheap and had a pretty good rating on Consumer Reports.
It does not matter who made OEM tires, just get a good tire from a reputable manufacturer.
When you get new tires, be sure to replace the TPMS sensors if they are original because they will fail for sure before your new tires wear out. The battery life is about 8 years. When they die you have to replace the complete TPMS and the tire has to be removed to replace it.

Regarding the battery, a Lexus dealer is more likely to have it in stock. I do think there may be an Avalon that takes the same battery. You need to call the dealer parts department and see if they have one in stock.
Prices vary. I think my local Lexus dealer's parts dept was cheaper than the local Toyota dealer. They do not want your old one back, take it to any auto parts store that sells batteries to recycle it. It was about $300 a couple of years ago.
I replaced mine myself and it did not take long. I swapped batteries in the parking lot. It is in the trunk behind the rear passenger seat. There are youtube videos showing it and there are threads on this forum about the battery. Do some searching for "12v battery" in quotes to capture the search phrase.

Optima makes a yellow-top AGM battery that fits nicely. Many of us saved a few bucks getting this and it performs well (I haven't heard any complaints).
There's another thread I started about compatible AGM batteries where I found the proper group size battery with adequate CCAs at a national auto parts chain. It was the lowest price I'd seen on this type of AGM battery and it was in-stock.
You have options - your biggest concerns should be:
- Is it the right spec? (Group 35, at least 600 CCA)
- Can it be secured in the battery compartment?
- Can it be vented properly?
