Since it's a weekend (and this is such a minor issue), I haven't been to my friendly Lexus dealer to have this looked at, but... one of my driver's seat floor mat prongs seems to have broken off. Sigh. Is this the kind of thing that should be covered under warranty? Anybody else have this issue?

 

Haven't heard this happening, but considering how hard it is to remove the floor mat from them, I'm not surprised to hear one got broken.

AFAIK, it should be covered under warranty. And I would be very surprised if any Lexus dealer balked at replacing it for free.

 

I found 2 extras in my glove box. Also, Sewell Lexus sells them for a pretty small price, I would imagine not much more at the local dealer....good luck!!

 

I bet your dealer would give you a few extra if you asked. My dealer gave me an extra set of floor mats and a pack of those hooks when i got the car (i have a GS with gray interior, requested black mats)
