Hi all. I recall when researching the 250h, a reviewer on Edmunds said he was getting sub-par mileage, he said he took car into Lexus and had computer or whatever tweaked which gave him better mileage. Has anyone out there heard of this or had it done?

I had a firmware update done on my 07 Civic Hybrid and it only lowered my MPG. I'd love it if Toyota figured out a way to improve the MPG's. Very interested in the outcome.
