Default Question re accessories

Can anyone confirm where accessories (e.g. radio, headlights, tailights, HVAC, nav screen, dash lights, etc) get their power from? If the ICE is not running, do they get their power from the traction battery pack? And if the ICE is running do they get their power from the alternator/ICE or from the traction battery pack? The reason I ask is last week I got in my HS for my morning commute and I had 5 blue bars on the battery. It was dark so I had my headlights on, I also had the radio on but the HVAC was off. I was about 4-5 minutes into my drive, which included quite a bit of EOC, when I noticed I now only had 2 purple bars.

The vehicle has a normal 12 volt system for all accessories the 12 volt battery is charged through a converter from the traction battery. The traction battery is charged from the electric motor generator set.

So it's safe to say that the traction battery is ultimately responsible for supplying power to the accessories? If true, that would explain my traction battery depletion with the headlights on.
