windshield cracks for Gx 550?

We just made a couple of road trips since we bought the GX 550 end of May this year. Doing great except for two cracks in the windshield after 6000 miles, already. Seems to be very fragile . . .

You should get your windshield fixed.

Too many variables are involved when it comes to windshield durability.

I was just at the dealer getting my second fob for my RX. I noticed one GX on the lot. Dealer had an option on the sticker for windshield insurance for $2k.

There are PPF products specifically designed for windshields but I've read very mixed experiences some say it's great others said it distorts your view. Some complained the PPF gets scratched and bugs stick.
