I have been searching for a good thread (outside of the 50 pages of Wheel and Tires thread) that had some good organized images and descriptions of GX460’s with different tire sizes on STOCK WHEELS with NO LIFT so I can decide on what size to buy for my wife’s 2019 GX. Lots of awesome rigs in the wheel and tire thread but its difficult to sift through and not many images of stock wheels close together with no lift.
For this reason I sifted through a bunch of threads to find photos of upsized tires on GX460s with Stock Wheels and Stock Suspension to help inform what size I want to get for my wife. There is a similar (albeit more comprehensive) thread on TR4.org for 5th gen 4Runners and it helped me decide on getting tires for my wife’s old car (a 2014 Limited 4Runner).
I tried to give everyone credit for their rigs and post the size and make of their tires. If anyone wants to add any more info to this I would be happy to edit this posting.
Update: I purchased 275/65R18 Hankook AT2 RF11’s for our 2019 GX460 I was nervous as this is the new model of the RF10 but now that they are installed we could not be happier, they look and run perfectly. Highly recommended! (photo below und ther 275' section)
Update 4/27/2021: I added a new section at the end that will begin to compile stock height GX460's with non stock Factory OEM Toyota or Lexus wheels only. This won't be a list of every wheel you can get, but rather if someone is looking to put on 4Runner wheels or another TOYOTA / LEXUS wheel maybe this will help them decide on something that works for them.

275/65R18 Hankook Dynapro AT2 tires Schwein's 2019 GX460 (Stock premium wheels 7.5Jx18 ET25) (below) - Owner reports only the front notorious bolt replaced with shallow head Stainless Steel screw, and the zip tie method was used to pull back the rear fender (though this may not have bene needed as it was done prior to having the tires installed) zero rubbing after both of these methods were done.

I was originally going to go with Falken Wildpeak AT3 (passenger rated) 265/65/18 on the stock premium wheels when the time came. Many people said little to no mods were required and gave it a little beefier look.
However, I came across an awesome deal from a GXOR member who was getting rid of F-Sports with Wildpeak 275/65/18 (passenger rated). They are currently sitting at work waiting to be installed hopefully by this weekend. I'll update you with what needs to be done and pictures for your research.
Just a minor note: your post with Oksir83's pics shows the premium wheels as 275/65R17. They should be18".
Thank you ObsidianBI! updated above per your comment, I am still up in the air between the two sizes. Discount tire has a 100 dollar rebate today with a 60 dollar mail in rebate so you can get 4 of either size for about 600 dollars shipped. so I'll likely pull the trigger today.
Keep in mind of the spare too. With 265/65/18 you may get by with the spare tires (using stock size) in a pinch or squeeze in a 265/65/18 under the truck. If you go with this size in Wildpeak, since it is a bit larger then KO2, maybe it's worth it to get the Ko2 spare instead of ATW3.

If actual MPH is 64 instead of 60 I have a couple questions.
1) Will your odometer be undercounting mileage? That may be illegal.
2) Or can you recalibrate your speedometer or odometer to give accurate MPH?
For what it’s worth, here’s mine on 32” tires 255/70/18 and while I dig the look, the acceleration hit with these are definitely noticeable. The stock size is 30.5” and all the pep from middle throttle are almost all gone. Carrying passengers and cargo going uphill seems even more labored.
While I realize it’s subjective how much of this you’re going to feel acceptable, just wanted to give a perspective for larger tires and possibly heavier. Mine is on all season m+s Bridgestone Duller HT 685 *skinny* all the difference that I feel is from the larger rolling diameter.
Looks great Shajbot! I think the 275's look great on these GZ460's though I can only presume you'll lose a bit of physical performance on acceleration due to the rolling resistance and higher weight per corner (though the stock Bridgestone's weight around 39 lb's and the Hankook AT2's i bought weight 44 lb's so not a huge difference). I have always upsized tires on our family SUV's (Land Cruisers and 4Runners) and though there is a slight hit to acceleration, its more than overcome with the appearance and general off-road capabilities.
I ended up buying a set of Hankook Dynapro AT2 RF11's last night on Discount Tires fall sale, 150 a piece shipped to our door, and figure another 150-200 to install. Will post pictures when they are installed!
Jpray33, to answer your question if you're upsizing your tire your ODO will be off slightly, this being said I think the only responsible thing to do would be to inform the next buyer of the vehicle of this when you go to sell, otherwise if you keep it forever, its your vehicle to do with what you like.
ObsidianBI I should have listed it in my previous post! I went with 275/65R18's My wife gave me the go ahead, lets pray for minimal rubbing on that bolt that i'll replace thi sweekend!

Thinking of upgrading to wildpeak 265/70 R 17 tires, still debating to purchase a TRD pro 17 bronze wheels or motegi racing MR 150 bronse wheels. Stock wheels look very civilized and with +25 offset, doesn't have a good stance. MR's have a 0 offset and the TRD's have a +4 offset which will increase the track by 2" giving a little more aggressive look whcih the GX is meant for

More inclined to get the MR150, visually it's more appealing. TRD bronze wheels would be of higher quality and my local toyota dealer is running a sale on them, but visually it's not that good as MR150's, personal opinion.
How are the 275's on your rig? did u tackle any rubbing? Can you post some pics with the new F sport wheels.
I'm considering going with Dobinson's lift with 285/70/17 Toyo AT3 on VTX Stinger 17x9 +0 offset. Also getting Dobinson's upper control arms. I'm hoping to avoid having to trim anything with this set up
