Another hidden menu '10-'13 models
Beyond the method to get into Infotainment diagnostics there is an additional screen which is accessed as per video.

Emailed one of the infotainment repair shops to see if they can give me any insight on this

Looks like base diagnostics for '14+ are accessed this way...

If any '10-'13 owners have time do you also see default? ---> A 0 1 4 0 2 8 0
in upper left corner of screen

Thanks! :-)
What about the button to the right of the "4"? :-)

Not sure... might be careful.. I'm not sure if it is like a commit button.

Yeah, not going to touch on that icon. Hopefully it will require confirmation with details.

Quite a bit of speculation here
• Multiple repair shops... the bigger ones you can find Googling claim to not know or haven't seen screen before. I forwarded links to original video and tecman's.
EDIT: All wanted to know how it was access too.
• Guy on GXOR had a conversation with someone about 9 months back (don't know creds of other person) but inquiry was about this screen on a '10 LS 460. He claimed it was possible to remove the in-motion blocks via this screen. No further info there
• Another guy on GXOR said friend of a friend was person who sold off rights to Toyota nav software. Not sure of timeframe but he was gonna reach out to his friend if this person has any info as well. NDAs possible here.
If nothing else it gets the ball rolling on others looking at this option... at one time it was possible to at least do a temporary bypass (before 2010 I assume) then some nav update killed it. There is a website about it if you search it out.
This may very well be a dead end but there may be more functionality that could be enabled than meets the eye too.

Can anyone with a '14+ see if option is still there?

You would hold down on the word "Menu" when you get to this screen.
