What does the RSCA button really do?

Yes, after the refresh and the Same for the 4Runner.

Not sure why it was removed though.

Starting 2014 model, the side curtain airbag is different then previous years. Now it included "impact" detection instead just simple "roll" detection. Which means unless you roll over and hit the ground, it won't accidentally deployed.
