Lexus All Weather Floor LINERS
All,
Does anyone have this "OEM All Weather LINER"? According to Lexus it only fits '16-'18 GX. The Liner seems to cover more than the Mat.

Why is that? I thought '14-'18 models are very much the same. I even thought that '10-'18 will have the same floor mats hooks?
Update: Dealer ordered me a set to try (free return if it doesn't work) and it fits my 2015 perfectly. MSRP: $149 but On sale for $115.

They probably fit every model year. The raised edges and dead pedal coverage are probably some of the additions. In fact they probably have better dead pedal coverage than my Weathertechs.

We have the carpet mats in the GX. I have Weathertec in my truck. They are very durable, do exactly what they say. Fit fairly well, not perfect. But they are very,,,,Spartan maybe, not plush at all. Plastic feeling instead of rubber.

I have them in my new 2017 and like them much better than the standard Lexus All-Weather mats. I had the standard ones in my 2015 and they are very similar to the WeatherTech ones (which I had in my 2004 & 2012). The Floor Liners do cover more, for example the drivers left foot rest is fully covered, that area for me has always been a spot that collects debris and needs to be vacuumed often. The edges go over the door sill so snow/mud does not get under the matt. Also, the back seat floor area is fully covered, even the middle. The standard matts for the back seat are very small and have minimal coverage. I will make sure my next Lexus has the floor liners! I also use the WeatherTech cargo matt, which I like better than the Lexus one since it is one piece.

Your new mats look great, just like mine! Funny you ask, not yet! My wife is loyal to BMW and has wanted me to switch for a long time. I have seriously considered the X5 but Lexus treats me very well and BMW cannot match the price I get for the GX. I love the GX for the v8 engine, the interior and high seating position, and the very safe feel in all weather conditions. The GX will go in anything! For now, as long as they do not screw up the GX in the future I will stick with it.

That's a good buy considering the WT's are $180. Looks like Lexus mats better coverage on fronts and WT a little more coverage in the rear.

I think it is two piece. You can kinda see where the two pieces separate in picture above.

What do you not like about it? I find mine seems to move around more than I like but physically seems to fit the rear cargo area ok. I do like the look of that OEM model but wonder if gaps might let water through if both seats are down in back. I basically have the 3rd down at all times and during winter now often putting snow covered items back there. At cabin now with about 3-4 feet of snow outside.
