I have the Lexus App and like all of the things that you can do with it, but I have a question about the notifications I get every day when I park my GX in my garage. I never lock the doors when I park my GX in my garage and close the garage door. I will get a notification that my doors are unlocked. I have a long list of these unlocked door notifications for the last month. Is there a way to delete these notifications?

 

Go to the Lexus app>Account>Notification settings. I’m not sure about deleting but you may select specific notifications or completely turn everything off.

 

I sent a email to the Lexus App developers about getting notified every day when I park my GX in my garage with a locked garage door that my doors are unlocked. Today I checked my app and it said that my doors were locked and everything was well. I went out to the garage and my doors were not locked. Hopefully the developers programed that when I park at my home in my garage, the app will assume the doors are locked. If that's what I happened I can live with that. If they did not, then I will see if it happens again tomorrow when I leave my garage and return later.

 

Went to the grocery store today and when I got home and parked in the garage i got the usual notification that my doors were unlocked. I used the app to lock the doors for the first time and that works. Then I got another notification to check the back seats which is fine as I made that option when I picked up the vehicle at the dealer and went through all of the initial setups with my sales lady. I guess that the notifications are for about a month and older ones get deleted after that. This is no big deal but just an observation on my part.
