Nicely done. Great work with the drone footage. Some of the rocky steps looked significant, I’m a bit surprised a stock GX tackled them without a great deal of scraping. I’ve yet to do much off-roading in the GX, but my prior 4Runner (which was mildly lifted) saw plenty. GX looks very capable!

 

The rocky steps were indeed big. If you focus on the front differential being the vehicle's low-spot you can tire over most big rocks. If you are 'trapped', I've found simply going super slow will allow the GX to simply slide on the stock skid plate. As you stated, kissing rocks here and there seems to be the voice of off-riading...

Nice video! Commented and subbed. I was actually planning to hit a lot of these same trails with some friends in November. Did you drain your tank ie use gas from a gas can at all during your trip or was the gas enough in the tank?
