Default Maintenance based on time, not mileage.

I have a 2014 GX460 with 19,400 miles on it. The oil has been changed every year and brake fluid every 3 years. The Lexus maintenance guide recommends changing the coolant at 10 years or 120,000 miles and the differentials and transfer case oils only if you drive offroad or tow. As far as I can see, it does not mention a time only interval for changing power steering, front and rear differential or transfer case fluids. Ok, I'll ask about aging, low mile transmission fluid as well. Do these fluids break down over time even though they have minimal use? At what point in time (not miles) should they be changed? Are there any other maintenance items that should be taken care of (that are not on the maintenance shcedule) when a vehicle is not driven much?
Thanks for your help!

At that age (independent of mileage) ... my approach would be to change ALL fluids (with the possible exception of the Automatic Transmission). You are good on Engine Oil and Brake Fluid per above ... but all of the drive-train fluids still have the original fluid that endured the break-in period, so have break-in particulates in suspension ... so I always change before 10,000 miles from new to purge these particulates. I also assume you are greasing the drive shafts every year ... u-joints specifically (and slide yokes) ... given grease does have a tendency to separate and harden over time.

I'd do at least 3 drain and fills in the tranny and also service the power steering (see that thread for extraction and fill method from reservoir), front and rear diffs and the transfer case, lube thee ole driveshaft zerks and it cant hurt to do a drain and fill of the coolant. Pretty much what @ASE said
