Do you have wheels (rims) ? If so, what is the Width and Offset of the rims ? Without this ... your question on tire size cannot be answered.
Your best bet would to be to go to a tire store and request "the biggest-*** tires on 20" rims" ... so they will be liable for fitment without rubbing.
You can also use the tire comparison tool/website and get a general idea of what size would be equivalent. Just use the current size as reference and put in 1 or 2 size larger for comparison.
Not many people here run 20" with lift so it would be tough to get a real answer.

... assuming you are using the same rims (width and offset being important variables in tire size determination).
Sorry, but it drives me F'n Crazy when tire size is discussed without reference to wheel Width and Offset ... all are equally important relative to tire interference with the suspension, frame, fender and wheel well !#!#!

20x9" +0mm offset with 275/55/20 KO2s and a Dob's 2" lift. I'm certain you could go with a 275/60/20 on this setup without needing a BMC. Just plastic trimming and heat gunning.
