Hi I got a 2016 GX 460 and need to replace the back up light bulbs with LED's. Tried getting my hand down there and its impossible to reach it trough the tail light hole.
This are the horizontal lights so they are hard to reach....

Any other suggestions to get the lights out so I can replace the bulbs?

 

You need to lay underneath the rear of the vehicle and remove the plastic piece (horizontal piece behind the mudflap) below each light to gain access from below in order to change the backup bulbs
