Not sure if I accidentally had accelerator pedal slightly depressed at some point during a power on (last use) or because I needed to place my Smart Card Key against the ignition switch (this time) because card battery was dead.

I got the flashing traction related lights and detected P2121...this was all before starting up so knew it was going to be a limp driving. I reset and got CEL and lights to stop flashing but then had permanent code stored.

I unplugged my Pedal Commander and took a 1 hour drive at various speeds, stops and idles. I don't know the exactly formula to get this permanent code to go away. I'll replug the PC back in ... in a week or so and see if this ever crops up again. I've never had this happen to me previously with the PC in all the years I've used it.
