Acrad, I had my secondary air pump done at Lexus of Seattle late last year and after it was done, now I hear this noise. Mine is a 2013.

After I heard this I though my compressor for the air bags was going bad, they checked it, it all looked good but they did find the water pump leak at the same time when doing the whole check. They replaced the water pump but did say the noise was normal.
